I think it would be fine, and highly doubt that whatever the scent is will be problematic - maybe the worms would avoid it for a little bit, until the microherd colonizes it. Purists might disagree.

Not me!!!! Don't you have something more natural you could add like leaf mold. Newspaper of a good quality? Why screw around with a delicate thing like worms?? No chemicals in my worm bin. Only kitchen scraps and lot of spraying with water.

I didn't even know there is such a thing as scented TOILET paper. It's going down the toilet, no use for them being scented. As for scents in the bathroom, a bar of soap, a small tray of those dry scented things, or whatever those flasks are, I have heard of those.
Sorry, I'm just rambling.
But seriously, why would you not use it and wanting to use it in the bin instead?
