I've never seen Aristolochia elegans except in pictures. Someone sent me a picture of one and it looks like it was sewed with cloth on a sewing machine. The flower pod looks like it's crimped on the outer edge with a seam. The center of an open flower looks like a seam all around the yellow. Any way to tell whether a picture is of a real flower or fake?
