I got seeds from you for this one "Blue Ray" what a cutsie name you gave it. But, unfornuately, it did not bloom true. But, you got good seeds if you got them from Dee.

Anyone who is at all familiar with these plants knows the intrinsic variability in the flower patterns, and that they are open pollinated, so it is possible to get different displays of color on a flower.

variant being the key word here!!

Ah yes, variant, open pollinated, all spell out the same thing. May or may not come true to seed.

That's the nature of the game with gardening. We don't grow our plants and flowers in a bubble that protects them from mother nature.
