Hi All!

Hope you don't mind my asking as I realize there are thousands of species of worms after coming to the Forum.

I live in Central New York State and the worms I'm most familiar with are:

Red Wigglers (Eisenia fetida)

Red Worms (Lumbricus rubellus);

which I honestly didn't know there were two types of reds until VCing came into my life.

and the more common used for fishing,

Night crawlers (Lumbricus terristris)

There is one other usually larger than the reds and smaller than the night crawler that is pinkish in color. I've always called them "wax worms" and found they are a natural bait for trout.

They can also be found in daylight or after daybreak shortly after a rainstorm. My question is can someone tell me what is the genitive name of this worm species. I've searched but can't seem to find? I've also searched for photos but they don't appear to be the same type I am aware of.
