Vine recommendation

Can someone recommend a flowering vine which I can grow on my balcony in a container, preferably evergreen in 10B (Cyprus) but something which is as much as possible not preferred by pests. I have two mandevillas and two bougainvilleas right now.The first ones are driving me crazy with mealybugs, the second one I don't think it will flower cause it only gets 2-3h of direct sun and if it does it will make my neighbour complain about pink leaves in his balcony.

If you want something not too rampant (or can be contained with pinching) , but will tolerate less than full sun, I'd suggest;
Solanum laxum - white potato vine
Manettia inflata
Clerodendrum thomsonae
pink Allamanda .
Stephanotis and hoya are options but not terribly dense.
In terms of annuals or tender perennials, there are a number. I really like the clitorea double vine and moonflower - Calonyction

I found on Saturday a Jasminum officinale in the markets for 5E so I bought it. Not sure how will it do with just morning sun and bright light the rest of the day.

The Mexicane Flame vine is evergreen and blooms year round here in FL, zone 10a. I grew mine in a pot so it should do well on a balcony. Butterflies love it and the red/orange bloom is so bright. See my post here.
