Quick question about pruning

Hello again,

Thank you again to everyone for all of your helpful answers regarding my first question about pruning. I did decide to single-stem and so far, so good.

Now, I have a quick question. Is it possible for sucker(s) to develop on the end of a flowering branch? Because I believe that's what is happening on one of my cherry tomato plants (Large Red Cherry- see photo). I have never read/heard about it, though, only suckers developing between the main stem and a branch. Any insight would be appreciated! Thank you all.
