Go ahead and fertilize as normal. Tomatoes can take a terrific beating and recover. The fert will probably help with new growth as well.

Thanks for the input. Jen says that only the new growth on the main stem was broken (I haven't seen her plants since the storm) and she still has blossoms, so I would think her poor little plants will recover pretty well - unless her rabbit problem returns....

Tomatoes are great about recovering from main stem damage. They are actually a tropical vining plant, and will send out new stems from the angle between the side stems and the remaining main stem.
