Flow Through Moisture Ideal

for single level (non tray) bins. I think the ideal is to try to get the top moist and the bottom dry. This would be accomplished by adding food stuff to the top which is usually wet. The trick would be to get the stuff to dry as it flowed through the bin. Harvest out of the bottom of the bin works better with dry or slightly moist or non soggy. I guess that is a thesis. Agree? Disagree? Modifications?

I guess this is where the tedious spray method of adding water would work as opposed to pouring in water.

I'm working this out in my mind and am not attached to any specific dogma on this.
