I live in Canada on a body of water, that weeds are taking over. I don't want to harm any wild life ie: fish, turtles, etc. But the heavy weeds are prohibiting us from enjoying our river. We are having a great deal of trouble getting our boat

out and in. We just want to be able to maintain the weeds, any suggestions.
