All that a "weed" is is a plant that you do not want growing where it is growing, so only you can determine if this is a "weed".

Are you trying to be helpful? You come across as snarky. I am simply looking for an ID of this plant so I can determine how best to care for it. I am not passing judgment on this plant - just looking for information.

Anybody else? One viewer suggested fleabane, but my plant doesn't match the images I have seen of fleabane - so I am still seeking other opinions.

Another poster suggested this plant is Canada Fleabane - I am pretty sure that is what I have here.
