You can't get rid of the hawks, but you can discourage them.

You can stop feeding the other animals for awhile in hopes that they lose interest. You can also reposition your feeders so that the birds can quickly find natural shelter in dense trees or shrubs.

You can stop feeding the little critters for a while and the hawks will move on. But hawks are birds too and they need to eat too.

One other thing you can try that worked for me. Get a recording of a swarm of bees. (Easy to get off of the Internet). Play it through speakers off of your deck/outside patio when you see the hawk in the area.
They (the hawks and larger birds) immediately relocate and the smaller birds do not. Good luck.
