I'm seeing a couple of emerging may apple (podophyllum) stems - a native woodlander that is often on the pricey side in nurseries in this part of the country. It's not killing your lawn, you need to look for other reasons your lawn is not thriving. If you don't like the may apple, dig it up and give it to a friend, it's a desirable plant.

Other than that, you seem to have a scattering of wild violet.
