Useful vine or weed?

I have these two types of vine growing in my garden and dont know what hey are. If it is a weed how do I go about removing it for good? They are popping up in several places. Here are two links of pictures I took. The second picture has throns on the stems.

First is a clementis. Second is a berry plant, probably a raspberry by the leaves.

The clementis has leaves similar to a native sold as Sweet Autumn. However I have one with leaves like that and the same flowers that is unscented.

I don't think it is clematis it is coming up in 6 or 7 different places. I have two other clematis vines around my swing and they are not similar. The vine is growing alot faster than my clematis and has bigger leaves. Is there anything else that it could be? Thanks for your response.

I see that you are where I was several years ago before I visited the nursery that I have linked to. There are so many different clematis's with all kinds of leaves and plant structures that your head could spin.

The plant I referred to is also called virginsbower.
