My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I have only been able to view your thread once since the four orphan bears came out of hibernation. My computer is old and very slow probably due to alot of replies.

Could you perhaps start a new one for the 2009 bears?

I really enjoy your posts and photos. I think you have done an extraordinary job at getting them through the winter. I will look forward to more posts this year. :) Pat
