Please help with creeping bellflower

20 years ago

I have moved into a home where 90% of the lawn is covered with creeping bellflower. We have sprayed with Round up twice. It just keeps on popping up anyways. We have also tried rotatilling the areas. It is beginning to come back in those areas now. Any advice? Help!!!
