Sorry I can't help you but I know what I thought when I saw it advertised at the cinema. It was shown digging conveniently placed taprooted weeds out of a lawn and my immediate reaction was that it was a gimmick unsuited to real conditions. You'd have to let your weeds grow pretty large for it to work and when they were all out what would you do with it? It's no use for getting out the baby weeds which is what efficient weeding is all about. Plus it's a big piece of equipment to lug around the garden on the off chance of finding a suitable weed to pull. If it was me I'd cut my losses and return it. I think you'd do better with a hand fork and a narrow bladed trowel.
