Judging by the leaf shape and the very little I can see of the stem it looks like a species of Impatiens. I don't know which ones would be likely where you live. Or did you grow Impatiens balsamina last year?

BTW bird's eye views are really difficult for id purposes because you can't see the stem, leaf arrangement, petioles, buds, etc. A view from the side would be helpful.

The one in the red pot has this deep red stem toward the bottom.

This one doesn't have the red tone at the stem, while the leaves look the same formation

OK - try comparing with Erechtites hieraclifolia. Looks less like an Impatiens from the side.
