Is this a weed or a yarrow?

I ripped a few of these out of my garden, but allowed one to bloom. The foliage looks similar to but not quite like my cultivated yarrows (Achillea millefolim or Achillea sibirica). The flower is white and fairly yarrow-like. Help IDing this would be much appreciated!
