Hard to say until true leaves develop. Could be Parthenocissus, VA creeper vine.

Looks like regular ivy to me.

I have a few mature stands of Algerian Ivy and the seeds that the birds spread around sprout up and look just like that. These are the seedling leaves, next set look more like ivy.

But if it's too cold for Ivy to set seeds where you are, it may be what purpleinopp said, VA creeper.

Both easy to pull out now, not easy later. Get to it! ; )
