My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

20 years ago

I had germinated these and put them out in the garden. My labels washed away and I am not sure if they turned out to be are a weed or something good.

I also have a couple of things that came up on their own perhaps they are friendly natives? lol!
