Yes, it looks like it to me. If t is not too large, you can put a plastic bag over your hand and arm, then grab the ivy and pull. Then peel the bag off your hand over the ivy, tie it and throw in the garbage can.

You can spray it with something labeled poison ivy or brush killer. Then you have to wait for it to die back and it will still be around to irritate those who are sensitive.

Never having seen it I have a difficult time identifying Poison Ivy. But what you have does look very much like the image on the link below.
Some people seem to be immune to the urushiol these plants produce while others are very sensitive.

Yes, that's poison ivy.

the end leaves don't look like poison ivy. may be a box elder seedling. in the woods, the two look similar to me. Check the drawing in the link.
