Hello, I'm just asking if anyone could identify this plant I've found literally everywhere in the backyard.

The color of its flowers are purple/blue and It's kinda like a miniature Iris.. Its leaves resemble a toothed-spade and it doesn't grow above a couple of inches. They grow in small clusters of two or three, with several clusters on one stem. It's pretty much entwined into the entire lawn.

They're really beautiful and I don't have plans of removing them. I'd just like to know what they're called.

I took a couple of these plants from outside and planted them in a small pot to get a better picture. (Sorry for the poor quality.)
