Before I was able to get the fence around my garden the rabbit ate the tips of my Celebrity plant. It looks as though there is only one little sucker and the rest of the plant is missing all it's producing tips.

Does it's being a determinate make a difference as to how well suckers do? Should I leave the entire plant in the ground or replant the remaining sucker?
