We need more info

Are the leaves opposite or alternate, toothed or smooth, lobed or entire. Is the base heart leaved, plain or does it have extensions unto the leaf stem? Do the leaves have petioles (little stems) or attached directly to the stem? Are the leaf veins netted or parallel? Are the leaves hairy? Is the stem hairy?

Do the flowers have petals? How many? Symetrical or asymetrical? All the same size petals or different sizes? Notched or toothed petal? Hairy petals? Is the flower flat or trumpet shaped? Is there are central cone? How many stamens?

Do the flowers come directly off the stem or do they come off side branches with leaves? Are they coming from between the stem and a leaf? Do they only come at the top tip of the stem?

Leaves:1) looks like alternate and maybe my imagination but in groups of threes around the stem. 2)Toothed? but very fine. 3)entire. 4)attached directly to the stem with a flower directly on top of the leaf attached at the same spot.5) netted or parallel?? the veins are symetrically curved to the end tip of the leaf. 6) leaves are smooth 7)the stem is smooth and very firm - like a bamboo shoot

I don't know what you mean by the "base heart". The main stalk is interesting (I will call this the "base heart") From the ground to a foot and a half up, there are approx. 13 other stalks with leaves and flowers identical to the main stalk.They form a concentric circle around the plant and these stalks grow to about a foot short of the main stalk. About 4 feet up the main stalk, another group of about 13 "stalks" are formed and grow (are growing) to the top of the main stalk. All the stalks are similar, the higher ones being smaller. Each stalk has a multitude of yellow flowers. Thus, the main stalk has about 100 flowers; the first 13 stems have about 70 flowers on each stem; the second 13 tier stem has about 40 flowers. That's a lot of flowers. (Why it looks so "neat"!)

If the leaves are three veined and curved beside each other to the tip, likely one of the goldenrods (link below).

The evening-primrose and the mustard family also have four yellow petals with a notch and alternate toothed leaves.

Thanks for the help. have been busy but have found out my "weed" is evening primrose. I have been fertilizing the whole garden patch, thus the luxurious growth of the primrose plant. I still haven't solved my uploading "compression" problem, but am still trying.
