Roundup or GroundClear?

I have an area adjacent to my driveway that is covered by wood chips and plenty of weeds and unwanted grasses are growing there (just moved in last October). I want to put something down to kill everything in that area and keep it away for as long as possible. However, there are nearby bushes and a couple of trees in that same area and I don't want to harm those, they are healthy strong trees...

What is my best plan of attack to rid the existing weeds & grasses hugging the driveway and keep them away without harming the trees & bushes? There is posion ivy in that area too so I would like to keep that at bay as well (I've been using Brush-b-gone over & over on the ivy, every time I spray a bunch of it, new ivy pops up somewhere else in that area....very annoying, what a persistent vine!)

Thanks!
