Did the usual when we move to a different house last May.

I let several things grow too long to make sure they weren't a valuable perennial. I realized fairly early that leafy spurge was one of those menaces, but it had this delicate yellow flower (since then I have read that the yellow thing is not a flower but a bract.) and I decided to spare it until the yellow had faded. Then had other garden jobs taking precedence. Now I am pulling long roots and know that I am not getting them all. I am making sure that they are out of there before they seed. I expect that they will be back next year, and will be harder to reach, since I have been and will be putting in lots of flowers whose roots may be intertwined.

What do you do with yours? Will it ever be permanently gone?
