Weed out of control...

I would appreciate any suggestions/advice. Over the last 1 1/2 months a grasslike weed has started to take over our new flower bed. I cannot pull the weeds because they break easily and seem to spread by runners. I have sprayed them with Round Up a few times but they continue to pop up everywhere, and I don't want to keep doing this!! It is coming from the back of our neighbors' berm about 10 feet away. Can anyone please help ID this weed and/or provide suggestions for getting it under control? Thanks in advance,
