Help with identification of this plant .....

... Please! I have no idea where it came from, looks like an annual herbacious plant abot 18" high , leaves tinged and edged in purple and whitish on the underside and at the tips of the branches only the corios flower you see in the picture. Flower is only about 1/2" in diameter. Is it a weed/wildflower if so what is it?

I think this might be an epimedium. Is it in shade? I was looking at epimediums for the first time on the net today and it might be in that class. It sure is pretty for a weed if it's not. :-)
