My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Verigated Dandelion?

I just noticed this dandelion outside of my work. You can't tell from the pictures, but there is also some pink coloration as well.

Our landlord runs a landscaping company (out of another location), but I'm sure he uses chemicals when caring for the grounds. Could this be caused by chemicals? Or is it some freak dandelion?
