The yellow fruit looks like silverleaf nightshade, Solanum elaeagnifolium. Poisonous to livestock.

I agree with hostster & kimmmsr.
The 2nd weed is a top of "Broom straw".
This is not a grass you need or want for your animals, but it will not hurt them.
I have it 48 inches high in my 15 year old pine grove & my sister's horse just eats around it once it get tough.
