Hello, I have a LARGE weed problem

I have a shrub in my yard, that started out as small weed, it is slowly taking over my back yard, I work 2 jobs & go to school I am loosing the battle with cutting it down.

If it is left to its own devices it will grow into a tree, I've had to cut 2 down already. It has 2 leave shapes on it right now, but I think the heart shaped ones are just a fluke because all the other ones have the palmate or lobed shaped leaves. It cause a slight itchy/burning feeling when you come in contact with it, the whole thing, leaves & stems are covered in white thick hairs, they are coarse, but not stiff.

It NEVER bears fruit, or flowers

Maybe a Mulberry? I remember reading that they can cause dermatitis in some people.

I'd go with Broussonetia papyifera, Paper Mulberry.

I was told that all Mulberries bear fruit, this one doesnt & It also doesnt flower, because I at first thought it might be a paper mulberry.

it is also covered in coarse white hair,leaves, branches, everything. which I couldnt find a mulberry that had hair on it

Not all mulberries bear fruit. Some types have male and female plants. I have a male on the south and my neighbor has female.

Yep, the Paper Mulberry is dioecious. There are more male trees in the wild than female thus the fruit are not often seen. And this particular mulberry species is very fuzzy on all surfaces.
