Yard is a lake,
snowman has just a handfull of snow left to melt,
Tulips are just peeking through,
and saw my first robin yesterday also! Yippee!!!!!Suzanne

I cannot believe that I didn't see/hear a robin in the last two days! I was sure that I would, the weather was typical of when they come ... also listening for the woodcock. Oh well, the cardinal is singing and the doves are making eyes at each other so I know it's the end of winter anyway.

First robin heard here (50 miles south of Lake Superior) yestereday afternoon 25 March 07. Temps broke 60 F. and there was much rain and a thunderstorm last night. The ground is mushy and snow is nearly gone.
