I decided to try a 3 sisters garden this year with sunflowers on the north edge. I had also planned on trying some moonflowers & morning glories.

It occurred to me that the desired location for the vines is near where I'd planned on sunflowers, which made me wonder, can I use the sunflowers as trellises for the vines? I was going to use netting for the vines, but I thought the sunflowers might be a fun alternative. It would free the netting for my peas.

Has anyone tried this? Do these plants conflict?
