My red osier dogwoods have done quite well - I'm not sure if those are the same as the dogwoods you mentioned. My little baby eastern white pines have also done o.k. which seems strange since many have told me those are deer candy.

The partridge berry should not be a problem...the euonymous they love...they don't touch my Hydrangea aborences...the rest they will eat if they have nothing else.

Deer will eat most of thse plants, and most plants in general if there are enough deer. But even with lots of deer in the yard there will be some places that have tons of deer traffic and others that have less. Plants growing near a deer traffic area or a deer loafing area will get browsed regardless of what type of plant. Plants in other locations may not be heavily browsed.

Deer browsing is far worse in the winter than the rest of the year. Evergreens tend to be more heavily damaged by winter browsing than deciduous plants. your plants are mostly deciduous and I don't think you'll have too much damage unless you plant in the wrong location within the yard. I would plant all of these and expect that one or two may show some damage. If the damage is severe, consider moving the plant or trying another of the same species in a different location.
