source for organics in the Neenah area

Can you share some sources for leaves or chipped tree trimmings in this area?

Here in Florida we can go to the county waste areas and load up on composted yard waste for a very low cost. Also our tree trimmers will dump a loads of wood chips in our yards free, if we ask.

Are there sources of organics available such as these near Neenah?

We would also love to know if there are any stables nearby who want to get rid of their manure piles.
