Help my gaura(s)

I have a few of these in both the front & the back of the house (I put them in in the spring) and they're all in full sun. I've barely watered them because of all the rain but if they've needed it, I've given them a good long drink.

They're different types, bought at different stores, planted at different times.

They just aren't doing anything, no blooms. The ones in the backyard aren't doing so hot, some leaves are turning red and have spots, some of the bottoms are brown, the ones in the front look better (no red, no spots, no brown) but still no blooms. I know I can't move them because of the taproot.

How can I 'fix' them?
