Is this a very wet area? That is an aid to ID'ing this plant, given it is the only environment in which it is found. From your pic, I'd say this could be poison sumac. 1-13(Usually 9) leaflets, smooth foliage, not hairy, fruits that are pendant, not upright as in the other sumacs( (But there is no fruit yet).

Doesn't look like poison sumac. The leaves don't even appear to be compound, just opposite.

Definitely not poison sumac. If those are simple leaves, not leaflets of a compound leaf, it could be Amur honeysuckle, Lonicera maackii. Still probably not something you want, but not allergenic.
