My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Selkie last year you asked me to post a picture of the Rhodos blooming but it was the off year. Here they are. The original discussion was about the Rhodo arch but its in to heavy shade to bloom. Here are some others.
