Did anyone write and or publish regional gardening book?

I've got one in mind, more a booklet than a book, perhaps 60 pages, perhaps only stapled or wire binded. Highly informative and only few pictures.

Selling maybe more in non-bookshops.

I'm afraid of printing costs, is it an option copying small amounts (perhaps 50) on a normal copy machine ore are the production costs much too high? Selling price around 5 AUS$, but I must caculate it.

Who begun that small?
