Cl, maybe you should add the new hotel name and number just in case someone here tries to register at the first hotel which is full. This only goes to point out how popular our conventions are. I'll be there with bells on. Wish I had the nerve to dress up as JC does.

I might add that the deadline for the conference is this Friday (July 14th) The hotel cutoff for special rates is 24th July. I booked the hotels through the internet though and came up with cheaper prices for both the Scaniticon and the Hilton.

Why does this hotel full thing happen though??? I seem to recall Long Island had the same problem. Seems like someone underestimates how many folks will arrive.
