They can be pickled - recipe for it is over on the Harvest Forum here. They can also be frozen. Will be mushy when thawed but can be added to other dishes like chili, salsa, etc.

You can also sauce them or mix them in with any other canned tomato recipes. Harvest forum has many different discussions on preserving cherry tomatoes.

You can dry them using a dehydrator. I did that last year.

Slice them in half, and dehydrate them, cut side up. Dried cherry toms make a wonderful snack come January, like raisins, but lower in calories and higher in vitamins!

Cherry tomato confit is a favorite in my house. Wet a baking dish full of cherries with olive oil. Add garlic and thyme (or rosemary). Bake for an hour at 300. Put in freezer bags and freeze. Couldn't be easier! Come April, we are fighting over the last of the confit.
