Where did you find it? And what was it doing?

I found it crawling around on my foot as I was walking out of my house, and it didn't seem to be doing anything besides walking around. I got it to walk onto the blade of a knife to take pictures of, as it didn't stand out very well against my concrete patio.

I'm no expert, but I've seen a show on bedbugs and that looks like a bedbug if I remember correctly.
