There's no way to identify your critter from that image, but I'll suggest that you simply remove these insects by hand and dispose of them. They can be drowned in a jar of soapy water or tossed to the birds.

The problem is that they are so small to see (and have color like leaves) and you only notice them once they have eaten lots of leaves and they are very fast on doing this. I noticed a very small egg which I think they come from (size of a sesame seed)
