I have an acorn tree out back. Acorns have been falling left and right. What I thought was a nut falling, was actually a worm. Never seen this before. This worm is about 2.5-3 inches long, hard camouflage shell and a set of pincher looking things on its back. When scared, it arches its body head to tail going both ways. IT has round red circles the entire length of its body.
