I don't have a photo of this insect yet but have seen several in the last week. It is small and looks like a Scarlet-and-green Leafhopper. However, the ones I'm seeing look like they're turquoise and hot pink. Is it possible that this is a different type of leafhopper or is it just that my interpretation of "scarlet" is "hot pink"? :)

Thanks in advance! Andrea
