Help!! Our land is infested with gnats!!

We recently purchased 28 acres of land and have had about 3 acres cleared. We have been spending some time out there working on the weekends and the gnats are terrible! There is a creek on the property but it is about 1000 feet from where we are working. We just had our RV set up on the land and plan on living in it while we build. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!! The gnats are really making it miserable.

May be a common seasonal event where you live.

Suggest you ask the folks at your county's Extension Service office.

Agree,...we got tons of mosquitoes now, conditions just right,..the joy of country living.
