Please help to identify this weird insect: young is white, sitting in cottony-like stuff, and jumps (a lot when disturbed!), adult is brown-grey, a little bit bigger than young (~1/12 inch) with less fluffy stuff around it, also jumps. It sits mainly on stems of flowers, bushes and vegetables. Multiplies very rapidly. Thank you.
