yummy, not to acid or sweet, just right, skin removes easy

we still doing good, favorite part of the season

Cukes are from second grow out, loving these Piccolo Di Parigi, sweet taste and sooo fast growing.

What a beautiful yummy harvest! I think Yuvel must be a rather deep color, but it comes off as a little purple in the pic (fluorescent lighting camera effect?)

Na zdorovie for sure!
yep, night light camera... it is deep red in reality, not purple.

A new variety introduced by Tania for 2014, link below and she says it's red and shows pictures,

Yes, photography conditions often do create problems with accurate coloration. And even one of her pictures shows a darker color but the rest are red fruits.

Here is a link that might be useful: Yuvel

Film is the same. I used to get that with wildlife photography using Fuji Velvia. The deep colors captured a more vibrant reality so it was more fun to look at the pictures and easily forget the quality of the real thing.

I think it's a very attractive tomato and I hope more red than orange ... or else it might look like an orange pupok LOL Thanks for sharing!

Linda, you posted 5 min before me so I didn't see your post before I did mine.(smile)

Carolyn, who was fetching Tania's link as you posted.

What a beautiful tomato, and a beautiful harvest. I have been looking for a great Red for years.
I will try this next year.

I am told this variety was grown in Russia since around 1920 so we are talking years for this one.

Forgot to add that it is very strong growing plant- need to consider some serious support for this one, no flimsy cages, strong producer too and tomatoes are all large.
