poss spider ID please

This spider looking insect is what we originally thought were leafrollers. The damage to the tree was similar and the web looks almost identical to the ones shown for leafrollers. Instead of a caterpillar inside, however, I found a single large spider. (Same story for all of the leaves I picked, it wasn't just one spider kicking the caterpillar out)

I have had no luck finding what this could be. Anyone with any ideas?

I'm thinkin' Orb Weaver (Larinioides). Hides in the day, makes great web in your way at night.

Maybe Eriophora? I've seen images of them inside a rolled leaf, check out the way they place their legs when at rest. Either way, a great orb weaver by night. You need to go out after dark and check it out.

I have one with a web across my kitchen window. It is different shades of brown. We named her Sue! They are commonly known as hunchback spiders. They get quite large, and have beautiful markings and colors.
