Planning for Next Year

I grow tomatoes for Farmer's Markets. This year I grew lots of varieties. I grew some in a Hoop Building. The varieties I grew in there were Big Beef, Celebrity, BHN 640 and Lemon Boy. They all did wonderful. People raved on and on how good they tasted. People on this forum are very fond of taste and I enjoy a good tomato too. I am planning for next year already and I want to have more production.

I enjoy Heirlooms and their flavor. However, I am unfond of the the variability in production. I will be growing the following for sure (because I have the seed) Big Beef, Celebrity, BHN 640, Lemon Boy, Jubilee, Cherokee Purple. However, it is toss up. What else to plant. My customers want a big red tomato that is smooth, round, and doesn't split. It needs to taste good and have a little shelf life. I want some production, shelf life, and flavor.

Some Heirlooms fit this bill, I know, but I am looking for some more Hybrids that will fit this bill too. Can you help?

I will be growing them in my hoop buildings. I am multiplying my hoop buildings 3x's. If I can capture more of the market earlier while the prices are higher, it helps my bottom line.

I am a hybrid hobby gardener/market gardener. I don't want to sacrifice flavor for production. However I want production with flavor.

I am open for any and all ideas.

Thanks,

Jay
